In 2015, Bothwall appointed STAP as Temporary Works Design Engineers. To begin with, STAP did the Hoarding Wind and Stability Design, and the Scaffold Frame.

In 2016, STAP designed the:

Temporary Restraint to the Basement Wall, the Piling Mat, the Temporary Earth Support for the Attenuation Tank, the Temporary Earth Support along the Party Wall, the Underpinning Sequence, the Pile Cap Design, Formwork Design, Temporary Façade Support/Restraint, Party Wall Monitoring and Method Statement, Tower Crane Base – Mass Concrete/Piles with Pilecap Reinforcement Detailing and finally the Basement Slab Shuttering Design.

Moving forward into 2017, STAP Designed the Outrigger Frame, Grillage and carried out the Mobile Crane outrigger Load Design Check.

STAP have acted as Temporary Works Co-Ordinators throughout the life of this project, carrying out weekly site visits to inspect and oversee all Temporary Works Installations.
