In 2016, STAP started works on this project with Hill Demolition. STAP did the design for the Tower Crane, and also designed the Demolition Sequence and carried out Floor Slab Capacity Design Checks.

During 2017, Interxion appointed STAP to carry out Tower Crane Design, Temporary Earth Support, Piling Mat Design, Piling Mat Design, and Outrigger Load Design Checks.
Finally, Reports on Existing Temporary Works and Access Scaffold Design were provided by STAP.

Structure Tone Limited appointed STAP as Temporary Works Designer late 2017, moving forward into 2018. So far, STAP has designed the Piling Mat, the Basement Tunnel Slab Back-propping, Various  Scaffolding, Sheet Piling, Floor Slab Capacity, Heist Concrete Base, Cantideck/Canticrane, and Metal Deck Slab. STAP were Temporary Works Checker for the Flat Concrete Slab Load Capacity Design.

Moving forward, STAP have been involved in the Basement Works on this project, including Basement Sheet Piling Design, Basement Ground Retention Work Design, Gantry Loading Platform, and Façade Access with Hanging Scaffold Design.
