STAP were initially appointed as Temporary Works Designers by FWA Group in January 2015. Stage 1 of STAP’s work was to design the Party Wall Restraint/Support Back propping to Slab during Demolition.Prime Construction then took over works on this project.

STAP were appointed to design a Façade Retention Scheme. This included 3 Elevations.

Come 2016, DML Development Managers Limited took over. During this year, STAP designed the Scaffolding and Needle Shoring. Regular weekly checks were carried out by STAP as Stage 2 of the project, to monitor and inspect all aspects of Temporary Works Installations.

In 2017, Soho House took over management of this site, and appointed STAP to continue as Temporary Works Co-Ordinator.

STAP have since designed Temporary Propping to Slabs and Walls.
